PAYMENT SCHEDULE
November 8, 2021 - Deposit - $250.00 per person
April 24, 2022 - Payment $300.00 per person
August 25, 2022- Payment - $400.00 per person
November 15, 2022 - Payment of 50% of final that is due (minus deposits previously paid)
March 15, 2023 - Final payment
All payments are refundable up to Dec 15, 2022. After this date, all payments are non-refundable.
USA Dates: July 28 (arrive) - Aug 6 (depart)
Accommodation Double Hotel - Estimated cost: $2,710.00/person
INCLUDES:
Participation Card - Allows access to all venues and local transportation
Insurance - Required medical insurance for needs during the event
Official USA Uniform
Lunches - 7 days of lunches - the Official World Gymnaestrada Days
Hotel Accommodations for 9 nights
Breakfast included at accommodations daily
Airport Transportation (round trip) from Schiphol Amsterdam Airport to accommodations (on official USA Arrival and Departure dates)

Air Transportation
Air tickets are not included in the ground packages. Please feel free to Contact National Travel Systems (NTS) for assistance with your transportation requirements if you are not planning on using miles or booking your own airline tickets through another source. NTS can assist with group and individual flight arrangements.
National Travel Systems will send out Tour options as those become available from the Local Organizing Committee in Amsterdam. These will be given approx 8-10 months prior to Gymnaestrada.
